PHI 330 - Legal Philosophy
Introduction to the nature of law, law and morality, principles and practice, freedom and determinism, common sense and science, punishment, necessity, coercion, and mental disease, all arising directly from the careful study of a substantive body of law. Especially valuable for pre-law students. Offered fall semester, even numbered years. Prerequisite: Prior work in philosophy, or permission of instructor.
