HTM 375 - Hospitality and Tourism Research
An examination of the relationship between generic theory and applied research in the hospitality and tourism industry. This course examines the purposes, applications, procedures, constraints, and management of applied research. Examples of quantitative and qualitative research are compared and contrasted. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisites: HTM 101 and STA 215.
