Introduces energy management for behavioral transformation and explores a range of energy management approaches, e.g., acupuncture, biofeedback, massage, qigong, and yoga, among others, as social holistic practice. Focuses on stress management, energy, and capacity development through mind, body, and spirit dynamic application for holistic health and self-actualization.
