STA 631 - Statistical Modeling I
An exploration of statistical models with an emphasis on selection and fit. Topics include foundations of probability theory and statistical inference, linear regression, logistic regression, and other generalized linear models. Methods will be implemented using R or other statistical software. Offered fall semester. Prerequisite: STA 518 and admission to the Master of Science in data science and analytics.
