Sergeant Leah Heaton with Grand Valley Police Department is being promoted to Captain Heaton! Captain Heaton is an alumna of our criminal justice program and the GVSU Police Academy. Heaton is being congratulated by Brandon DeHaan, director of Public Safety and Chief of Police.
