ABOUT: Just think about the delicious taste of the best strawberry, apple or even crunchy piece of kale that you have ever had.  Now imagine having access to this in a fresh juice or smoothie form instantly, whether you are at ArtPrize, Rock the Block, a high school football game or even a wedding. The most exciting thing about this idea the mobility of the freshest made juices and smoothies out there. There are a few food trucks that serve smoothies, but not like Malamiah! We also have the opportunity to be the first in the city to go mobile with juices. Some of the road blocks that exist are obtaining adequate permits, locating the best parking spots and inexperience of operating a food truck. The new Food Truck Ordinance combined with resources from Grand Rapids Food Truck Association are in place to assist us with maneuvering through these potential barriers.
