How to gain access to the Padnos Shop

1. Please request access to the Padnos Shop 003 by submitting the following key request form.
2. Please download Shop General Safety Guidelines. Read and understand the 12 major guidelines of using the shop. Sign and date your training form.
3. Set up a meeting with Aaron Perry. Bring your copy of the Shop General Safety Guidelines. During the meeting, you will discuss shop layout, safety, general practices, and establish your competency for specific equipment in the shop. Once the shop supervisor clears you and he has signed off on your training sheet. You are free to use the shop.
