To provide those who excel in weightlifting and those who look to take their training to the next level a place and opportunity to do so. The main focuses for this team are CrossFit, Powerlifting, and Olympic Weightlifting style training. Our members will be given the chance to share their knowledge and abilities with other members. This team is for those who want to train at a competitive level with others in a safe and beneficial environment. It is also expected that our members have basic experience with barbells and weightlifting.
