What do you love most about the GVSU College of Computing?
I enjoy the opportunities of meeting and having conversations with Dean Kessentini, especially at the Coffee with Kessentini events. It is a great thing to have the ears of the decision makers in the College of Computing.

What was your favorite project, research, or opportunity you’ve worked on during your studies?
I created a text-based Wordle game using Python in my first semester at Grand Valley State University. That was really cool!

What is a problem you would like to solve using tech, even if it feels impossible now?
I want to apply machine learning techniques and AI in apple and avocado farming to detect and prevent pests and diseases to maximize yield while reducing costs.

What is an unexpected skill or lesson you have learned in your studies here at GV?
I have learned good leadership skills by getting involved in student organizations and attending events on-campus and off-campus.

What are your future plans?
I want to work for the GVSU. I am on the lookout for a role that suits me. Laker for a lifetime!
