Dr. Ali's areas of interest and expertise include Dynamics, Controls, Vibrations, Mathematical Optimization, Multilevel Algorithms and Game Theory.
Dr. Ali joined Grand Valley State University in 2015. She has taught Statics, Dynamics, Vibrations, Dynamic Systems and Control and Kinematics and Dynamics of Machinery. She is also the chair of Scholarship Committee. Prior to coming to Grand Valley, she taught at University of Wisconsin Platteville for couple of years.
