Managing physiological reactions can improve academic performance, increase well-being and resilience, and improve relationships for graduate students who often face high levels of stress and anxiety in their academic and personal lives. Strategies such as deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness meditation, and regular exercise can be effective in achieving these benefits.
