Stop by Kirkhof Center and get registered to vote at home or on campus! This is a nonpartisan voter registration tabling event organized by GVSU Votes! and in partnership with the Students Demand Action organization on campus who have volunteered to host.

The Civic Engagement Team within the Office of Student Life provides community service, civic engagement, and co-curricular service learning opportunities for GVSU students to serve our local community. We serve as a campus clearinghouse and resource for students, student organizations, staff, and faculty.

In the recent years, gun violence has shattered many communities, including the shooting at MSU as well as Oxford High School. Both events affected Michigan greatly. Students Demand Action is a student-lead organization that works to promote gun safety, push for gun legislation and advocate for students. The chapter of Students Demand Action here at Grand Valley will offer students a safe space to openly discuss and fight for their views on gun reform.
