Over the summer, I completed various projects, such as creating flyers/posters for research projects, creating infographics, overseeing a photo shoot in downtown Detroit, event planning and promotion, and more.

I completed media releases, social media calendar, designed invitations and save the dates, collected donations and helped organize a festival, created an updated media contact list and designed new handouts and newsletters.

While at Frankenmuth Insurance, I assigned claims to the appropriate adjusters. I was also able to handle my own minor medical only claims. While doing this, I called the claimant, insured and health provider. I made all the decisions based on these claims, with help from co-workers occasionally. I also helped other adjusters pay medical bills, attorney fees, mileage and transportation costs, if needed. I also worked on various projects for my supervisor and other co-workers. Other various clerical projects were my responsibility while I worked at Frankenmuth Insurance.

I helped organize, prepare and plan for retreats, fundraisers and events. I was directly involved with retreats, fundraisers and helping provide a face for Bluebird. I worked alongside of the Executive President of the organization and helped assist her in any needs in the process of the 2014 year.
