Winter 2025 Senior Recognition Information Request

This is the RSVP and Profile Book information request for the Winter 2025 Senior Recognition Ceremony occurring on April 25, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in the Grand River Room, Kirkhof Center. You must RSVP to attend the ceremony. Due to the number of students graduating, each student attending will be allowed two guests. If you would like to bring more than the two allotted guests please email Robyn Toth at tothr@gvsu.edu and your name will be placed on a waiting list. After the RSVP deadline, April 13, we will let everyone know the status of their extra guest request. Please also fill out the profile information request whether you are attending the ceremony or not as we will create a booklet of everyone that will be posted online. Please note that you will receive a confirmation email once this form is submitted, if you do not please try and submit again. Thank you!

Stole & Medallion Information

Please note: You will receive a stole and medallion as part of the ceremony. If you are not attending the ceremony you will be able to pick up the stole and medallion from 120 Niemeyer, Monday, April 21 thru Thursday, April 24 between 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Please email, honors@gvsu.edu, or call the office, (616) 331-3219, if you need to make alternate arrangements.
