Joseph is the HR liaison for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. His primary duty is to serve as the central contact for employees and university leadership in the division. He is responsible for communication and implementation of HR initiatives and is an expert of principles and practices of Human Resources at GVSU. He also co-chairs the GVSU Asian Faculty & Staff Association. 

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from GVSU. In the community, Joseph serves on the boards of the MI College & University Association for HR, Korean Connection West Michigan, and Grand Rapids Sister Cities International. Outside of work, Joseph enjoys singing, music production, and videography.
