Experience:
Mr. Zuber has over 25 years of hotel operational experience and background ranging from full-service hotels to limited service hotels. Before joining the GVSU Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management as an Affiliate Professor, he served as an HTM Adjunct Professor and Visiting Professor for 15 years. He currently serves as the President and Founder of GZG Hospitality, a management company based in West Michigan, and serves as an appointed member on the Choice Hotels Owners Counsel.
