House Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee House operations, including ticket sales and will-call management.
  • Manage concessions sales and inventory.
  • Assist with pre-show cleaning and maintenance of the theater, including restrooms.
  • Provide on-site support during performances, ensuring smooth operations and addressing patron inquiries.
  • Assist with other events, such as banquets and special functions.
  • Contribute to various theater projects as needed, leveraging flexible scheduling between shows.
  • Primarily evening and Saturday shifts during show seasons; flexible hours during non-performance times

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with ticketing systems (training provided).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, especially during show seasons.
