We are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to become a part of our team at the Fairfield Inn - Grand Rapids North! In this position, you will supervise and support the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast service departments, ensuring seamless and efficient operations. Your leadership will play a vital role in upholding our exceptional standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Please Note: Evening and weekend availability is required for this role.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

• Work collaboratively with all members of the hotel team
• Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel departments
• Knowledge of brand operating systems
• Knowledge of brand standards 
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and how to act on them

Qualifications

COMPETENCIES:

• Strong Leadership and Teamwork abilities
• Communication both verbal and written
• Computer software skills
• Time management and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, well organized, and goal-oriented

REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years of hotel experience, preferably in a supervisor role
