Beginning in Fall, 2008 The Meadows has been the host for GVSU Hospitality & Tourism Management classes---each Fall and Winter Semester over a dozen sections study in the Clubhouse. A portion of the Clubhouse converts to a classroom for lectures and the dining area, bar area and kitchen are used as laboratories. This cooperation between The Meadows and HTM allows the university to better utilize its facilities and bring a real-life experience to students.
