VENDOR INFORMATION / APPLICATION
The Grand Valley State University Native American Student Association (NASA) will hold the 23rd Annual Celebrating All Walks of Life Pow Wow on Saturday, April 13, and Sunday, April 14, 2024. The Pow Wow will be held at Grand Valley’s Fieldhouse Arena located on the Allendale Campus.
Tables will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis as space is available.
Please Note:
- Please note that it is the desire of the Planning Committee to have authentic Native-made crafts.
- It is the desire of the Planning Committee to have authentic Native-made crafts. All vendors must follow guidelines and provisions outlined in the Indian Arts & Crafts Law of 1990.
- There is a weapons policy in place. No items with firing mechanisms or explosives allowed; all edges must be dull.
- Imported items or items that are considered culturally offensive will not be allowed.
Please return your application and payment made out to NASA as soon as possible. The deadline for submitting vendor applications is March 31. 2024. Applications may be sent to:

**NO REFUNDS AFTER March 31, 2024*
- Vendor set up will begin at 8 a.m. Please do not arrive before 8 a.m. as you will NOT be allowed into the Fieldhouse. Pow Wow volunteers will be on side to assist you with load-in or your items.
- The Pow Wow Committee asks each vendor to donate one item to the NASA Silent Auction.
- Each vendor will be supplied with two rectangular tables and chairs.
- No cars, trucks or motorized vehicles will be allowed to drive into the Fieldhouse Arena.
- Only registered food vendors will be able to sell food and beverages at Pow Wow.
- GVSU reserves the right to remove any items, vendors or groups that are in conflict with the educational mission of the University, the GVSU Student Code, and/or any applicable university policy.
- Vendors can get a group rate at the Holiday Inn Express. Please email Alicia Timmer ([email protected]) for information on reserving a room.
