Volunteer Sign-up

INFORMATION TO KNOW:

  1. ARRIVAL
    1. When you arrive for your volunteer shirt, please check in at the registration table located near the East entrance of the Fieldhouse Arena.
  2. VOLUNTEER ROOM
    1. Fieldhouse Room 18 is our Volunteer Headquarters
    2. This is where snacks will be located throughout the event.
    3. THIS IS NOT A SECURE OR LOCKED AREA!
      1. Please do not bring any valuables (purse, backpack, laptop, etc.) to the Pow Wow.  I suggest only bringing items that you can carry on your person.
  3. DRESS FOR THE DAY
    1. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.  There is a lot of walking, lifting, and moving of items so come prepared for some physical work, especially for the load in/load out staff.
  4. FOOD
    1. We will have snack items throughout the day (FH Room 18)
    2. We will have a traditional Native American food vendor on site selling items such as buffalo burgers, fry bread, Indian tacos and other items.  If you have never had these items before, I highly recommend giving them a try.
    3. At 4 pm on Saturday, there is a feast in the upper level of the fieldhouse open to everyone.
