Outdoor Equipment Rentals Office and Bike Maintenance Area
OA does not currently regularly staff the Ravines Center. Self-service bike maintenance and coordinated equipment pickup is available based on the Mail and Package operating hours. See below for the typical hours but please reference the Mail and Package webpage for the most up to date information.
Monday-Friday: 9am - 7pm
Saturday: 10am - 4pm
Sunday: 10am - 4pm
Please request outdoor equipment (hiking/ camping gear) at least 48 hours in advance by submitting a Reservation Request. If you have questions about selecting appropriate equipment for a trip, please email Joe Bitely, [email protected]
Assistance with diagnosis, repair of bike basic issues and sale of new bike parts is by appointment only. Please email Joe Bitely, [email protected] to coordinate an appointment.
