Recording Authorization and Copy Right Waiver by All Presenters at SIAM-GLS 2015.

As a potential presenter at SIAM-GLS 2015, I hereby grant to SIAM, SIAM-GLS and GVSU the right and permission to record, use, publish, stream, webcast, podcast, or otherwise distribute any audio, video, materials, or interviews captured as a result of the event at which I am a presenter. Such right and permission includes, but is not limited to the use of, my name, recorded voice or video, photograph, biographical information, handouts or any material based upon or derived therefrom. I understand that SIAM-GLS may, at its sole discretion, produce presentations or publications based in whole or in part upon video or audio recordings or photographs of said presentation, and that such media or transcripts may appear in print, online, or in any manner or media. I understand that SIAM-GLS may have an outside company capture the audio or video recording at the event. I also waive and agree that I have no right of approval, or any claim for compensation. I hereby warrant and represent that I have the right to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights granted to SIAM, SIAM-GLS and GVSU herein. I agree that during the course of the presentation I have not violated the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, rights of privacy, trade secrets, and non-disclosure agreements.
