Jamie completed a doctoral degree with an emphasis in teaching and leadership as practice. She is committed to modeling social work values in all of her roles, which translates into using the platforms of teaching, research, and service to alleviate oppression and injustice. Through her Doctorate of Social Work, Jamie learned how to engage, assess, intervene, and evaluate learners and create learning environments that maximize learning potential for all voices.
