Staff Directory
- Programming
Katie completed her master's degree in Christian formation & ministry from Wheaton College and completed her undergraduate degree from Hope College with a B.A. in social work. Prior to joining Grand Valley in 2022, she served as the director of campus engagement at Cornerstone University. She began her career in student affairs as a resident director at Cornerstone and previously as a graduate assistant in both residence life and the chaplain's office at Wheaton.
Katie loves the work of programming and creating opportunities for community connection. This comes from her own student leadership experience at Hope.
Katie spends her free time soaking up time with family, friends, and her golden retriever, Jack. She loves to learn and do anything outdoors — especially hiking and anything to do with Lake Michigan.
