Attending Our General Assembly Meetings
Agendas are made available approximately three days in advance of a General Assembly meeting and will be posted as this occurs.
Minutes are approved at the next General Assembly and will replace the agendas as this occurs.
General Assembly meetings are typically held in the Pere Marquette Room in the Kirkhof Center (Room 2204) on select Thursdays unless otherwise specified. All members of the public have an opportunity to give public comment at any meeting if they so wish. Public comment is limited to three minutes per individual. This can be extended by the chair if needed.
Not sure what attire to wear? Show up in clothing that you are comfortable in! You are never required to dress formally to attend General Assembly meetings of the Student Senate.
