What's Changing

How It Is Now

How It Will Be In Workday

Automatic adjustments to cost of attendance

Banner requires that financial aid staff manually review reports and adjust aid to ensure compliance related to overall cost of attendance.

Workday will automatically adjust a student's cost of attendance based on the Attendance Plan and their actual costs.

What's not changing in Financial Aid?

Students will continue to use the GV Financial Aid Portal for forms and document submission and the myScholarships portal to apply for internal and external scholarships.

Current Priorities for Financial Aid
