Workday Student Project Team
The Workday Student Project Team is made up of the following:
- Workday Student Steering Committee: Provide oversight of the initiative, ensure effective engagement with key campus leaders, and address topics raised by Sponsors.
- Workday Student Sponsors: Drive successful engagement for their area with the project and campus community.
- Workday Student Project Leads: Lead collaboration and decision making for their workstream teams. Project leads partner with Leads from Alchemy, our implementation partner.
- Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Contribute special knowledge of GVSU business functions or other topics relevant to the implementation.
- Change Management Team: Provide leadership and direction for the change management strategy including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans.
- Academic Affairs Advisory Group: Ensure that multiple voices and perspectives within Academic Affairs are represented.
- Change Agent Network: Drive successful adoption of Workday Student for their unit/department in partnership with their area's leadership. (coming in 2025)
