Peakon Engagement Survey
The Workday Peakon faculty / staff engagement survey will launch, providing the ability to identify opportunities related to diversity and inclusion efforts, changing wellness needs, and root causes of employee turnover.

Workday Help provides employees with a knowledge market of on-demand information related to HR and Student Employment, and offers case management for HR troubleshooting. 

Workday Learning 
Workday Learning is a full learning management system going beyond only registration and supports the delivery of online, in-person, or hybrid courses and programs. It also serves as the hub for all course related content and materials.​

Advanced Compensation Launch
The salary planning process (formerly known as the Salary Increase Program) commenced on May 1. Managers of faculty and Administrative Professional (AP) staff learned about changes to the process in the Workday for Managers Zoom series in February, March, and April.

Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) is a component of Workday that went live on April 22. It has features related to Suppliers, RFP’s and Bids, and Supplier Contracts.
