Application Information

This is a full-fledged undergraduate program.

Students in the Bellamy Creek Program are undergraduates at Grand Valley State University. There are no asterisks, red flags, or special exceptions here — your diploma will look the same as those of your classmates on the Allendale campus (and beyond) in the Class of 2029.

We don't ask about your financial background when you apply.

All applicants — regardless of credit or financial aid status — will be considered equally.

We will assist you with the financial aid process after you have enrolled, but your place in the program is not determined by your ability to pay. Neither you nor your family will accrue any debt to participate in this program — guaranteed.

Our application process

Step 1: Fill out an application.

All applicants must complete the paper version of the Grand Valley State University undergraduate application. You can find that application on the GVSU website.

Step 2: Complete your essays.

As part of the written application process, applicants will be asked to complete several essays in a timed, monitored setting. This enables us to learn each applicant's writing ability, as well as your thoughts on particular issues.

Step 3: Talk with us.

In this final round of selection, we will meet with some applicants to learn more about them. We are particularly interested in learning your hopes for the program, as well as how you plan to use your degree.

Interested? Please reach out!

We are not accepting applications at this time. However, we would love to add your name (or that of your loved one) to a waiting list for a future cohort. If you are interested in supporting future cohorts, we'd also like to hear from you.

Please contact us here, and you'll hear back from us soon!
