Reunion Row is a tailgating opportunity for GVSU Alumni Networks and departments at Homecoming.

If you sign up for Reunion Row, you'll receive:

• 12' x 12' tailgating space next to the Alumni Tent
• 10' x 10' frame tent
• 6' banquet table with linens
• 8 chairs

You will also have the option to rent a patio heater for your designated area. 

You will be responsible for inviting and communicating event details with your group members. You will also be responsible for bringing food, beverages, and any giveaway items.

• Power is NOT provided.
• Bring your own beverage or grab a drink from the nearby Alumni Tailgate Tent and Alumni-Owned Beer & Cider Garden. 
• Trash cans will available in the area. Please be respectful of the area and assist in keeping the Reunion Row area clean.

Reunion Row is available during the GVSU Homecoming Alumni Tailgate on Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m.

• You may start setting up at 11:15 a.m. 

Reunion Row will be located on the outdoor basketball courts next to the Alumni Tailgate tent. You will be assigned a 12' x 12' space.

A Reunion Row tent, table, banner and chairs is $250 to rent from Alumni Relations. Patio heaters are optional and cost an extra $100 to rent (limited availability).  

Alumni Relations will cover costs on behalf of GVSU Alumni Affinity and Regional Networks.

• Game Day parking is available for purchase in campus lots. 
• Those with Gold or Blue lot passes will be let into their respective lots.
• Free parking is available at the Alumni House & Visitor Center.
• To assist with transporting items, we'll offer golf cart shuttles from the Alumni House to the tailgate between 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. Please reach out to Ashlyn Leavitt in advance if you plan to use a golf cart shuttle.

An alumni volunteer will be in the area to assist you in finding your tent. Maps will also be available the week prior to Homecoming. Each tent will be labeled with a banner. 

Please share details with those attending from your group. If you need a list of alumni, please submit the File & List Request Form to complete your request.

Homecoming Tailgate info

Be prepared to collect guest names at your tailgate to track attendance. We'll provide a walk-in sheet you may use for this purpose. After the event, please share attendance and photos via the Reunion Row Post Event Report Form.

This year the Alumni Tailgate Tent will be zero waste, and we encourage you to minimize waste at your tent as well. You're welcome to use the compost and recycling bins in the Alumni Tailgate Tent. Thank you for helping to make Homecoming as sustainable as possible!
