Natalie Trent is the Talent Management Manager. She assists in the creation and maintenance of the GVSU Talent Management strategy and initiatives related to organizational culture, talent philosophy, leadership development, training, inclusion, and performance management. She is currently working with the Talent Management team on implementing GVSU’s core competencies and acting as the HR lead for the development and execution of new talent and leadership development programs.

Natalie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University, a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University, and is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and boxing, and competes with the Lake Effect Flurries synchronized skating team.
