Purpose
Welcome and engage all new academic advisors in standardized training opportunities.
About the Mentorship Committee
- Develop and maintain a peer mentorship program for academic advisors to be paired with a seasoned advisor from outside of their center as a mentor.
- Collaborate with the director of New Student Orientation and the UAALC as appropriate.
- We meet bi-monthly
