Thank you for your interest in completing an American Red Cross course with Recreation & Wellness! Recreation & Wellness is following the recommended guidance from the American Red Cross to ensure the safety of all class participants and instructors. You are registering for the following course:
Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED Blended Learning
This course will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults and meets OSHA/workplace requirements. Allow approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes to complete the online portion. In person skill session takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a digital certificate for Adult First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.
The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class portion. You will be emailed a link to sign up for the online portion of the class after registration.
The in-person skills portion will be completed on Friday, November 1, 2024 from 10am-12pm in Fieldhouse Classroom 18. Please arrive 10 minutes early, and be prepared to show proof of your successful completion of the online portion.
