Join “Learn to Lift” for a supportive, fun and inclusive environment as you learn the proper techniques to perform resistance training exercises. This beginner friendly class focuses on building confidence and ensuring you understand the fundamentals of strength training. Our certified personal trainers will guide you through fundamental exercises (Squat, Bench, Deadlift, etc), demonstrate correct form, and provide tips for you to lift safely and effectively. Whether you are an experienced lifter or are new to the gym, this strength class will help you increase strength, find community, and expand your knowledge of weight lifting to help improve your everyday life.

L.I.F.T (LGBTQIA+ Inclusive Fitness Training)

A supportive and safe environment for individuals who identify in the LGBTQIA+ community and allies to perform strength-based workouts. Certified instructors are available to provide guided workouts and proper instructions for lifting and technique.

Women on Weights

Women on Weights is a class taught by women Fitness Specialists who are passionate about empowering other women! The gym doesn't have to be an intimidating place. This class will focus on building strength skills to make you feel more confident for when you go out into the gym by yourself. We will work on muscular strength and endurance for basic lifting skills.
