Change Agent Network (CAN)
We CAN do this!
WHAT IS THE CAN?
The Change Agent Network (CAN) is a group of approximately 50 individuals representing different departments/units across the university. There is 1 Change Agent for every 50-100 faculty and staff members.
WHO ARE CHANGE AGENTS?
Change Agents are communicators, advocates, and liaisons during the Workday implementation. See the current list of Workday Change Agents!
WHAT DO CHANGE AGENTS DO?
Change Agents play a critical role in preparing the university for Workday. They:
- Represent their area for the Workday project
- Attend monthly CAN meetings
- Stay informed and understand the impact of Workday
- Communicate key messages to their colleagues
- Provide feedback to the Workday Change Management Team
- May become Super Users
- Support and assist in planning for the transition
- Spend about 1-4 hours per month (Jan. 2023 - Jun. 2024) on Change Agent activities
