2024 On-Campus Flu Vaccine Clinics

The following dates GVSU is offering drop-in flu clinics, no appointment necessary.
- September 30, 1-3 p.m.: DeVos Center for Interprofessional Health, room 104
- October 2, 4:30-6:30 p.m., Kirkhof Center, room 2250
- October 8, noon-4 p.m., DeVos Center, University Club Room
- October 16, noon-2 p.m., DeVos Center for Interprofessional Health, room 104
- October 17, 3-5 p.m., Fieldhouse, Hall of Fame corridor
- October 23, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., KC RM 2250 GRAND RIVER ROOM
- October 24, 11 a.m.-3 p.m., DeVos Center, University Club Room
- October 31, 11 a.m.1 p.m., Fieldhouse, Hall of Fame corridor
Community Clinic Payment Details
Individuals can use any one of the following insurance plans to pay for their immunizations. An insurance card is expected at the time of service. Any insurances plan not listed, including Medicaid, will not be accepted.
- Aetna
- ASR
- Medicare
- Priority Health
- Blue Care Network
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield
- Confinity
Flu vaccines are covered for some segments of our student athlete population, retirees, benefit-eligible faculty and staff members and their dependents.
Individuals are responsible for any copays or insurance denials and may receive a bill if applicable.
Individuals who do not present with an accepted insurance are expected to pay for their own immunization at a cost of $58 for Quadrivalent flu shot or, if offered at your clinic, $86 for a high does shot. However, there may be options available for those with the inability to pay.
GVSU is not responsible for the cost of immunization administered at the clinic.

***The Flu clinic will only feature the flu vaccine this year. However, COVID shots, to include all CDC recommended vaccines are available at the campus health center.****
