Groundswell is committed to helping schools engage their students in high-quality place-based education through environmental stewardship. We help develop lifelong stewards of our Great Lakes through innovative, experiential education.

Annually, Groundswell works with over 30 schools and over 5,000 students in West Michigan. Teachers within each school receive extensive, sustained professional learning, as well as the opportunity for funding to implement student-led, community-based stewardship projects.
