Major: Sport Management On game days as a Corporate Sales Intern, I had to do the following duties: Pre-Game -Hang sponsorship banners -Set up Kids Club -Help set up concourse tables -Prepare T-shirts for giveaways -Place coupons with appropriate sponsors in the correct spots During Game -Escort guests to their table on the concourse -Help with set up for player entrance -Throw T-shirts -Hand out coupons -Work Kids Club Post-Game -Teardown all things necessary On days with no games, I would complete tasks such as completing donation requests, updating Kids Club, preparing game day schedules, & more.

Salem Athletics Intern

Major: Sport Management One of the projects that I did was on a program called GoFan. This program allows you to track rosters, scheduling for teams, player eligibility etc. The main task that I did on here was update rosters transfer them onto the website. Another task that I did involved pay to play. All families must pay a couple hundred dollars to have a student athlete play a sport for the school. I checked, updated, and contacted the families who had not payed on time.

My Experience in Club Sports

Major: Sport Management I was an event supervisor so I was in charge of helping run events to make sure that setup, scoring, and takedown all went smoothly. This is my 2nd year with Club Sports so I also helped in training our new workers on how these events are run. I also helped out anywhere I could in the office.

Provide giveaways, promotional and ticket information to community members. Execute set-up and tear down of events. Small Town, Big Job

Major: Sport Management I supervised and helped run the soccer season in the month of May and Early June. Late June was a lot of preparation and remote work for the summer camps. Now in July, I am on my 3rd week of running the youth summer program as a director. I am still in the process of grant writing to get some more baseball equipment. This was an excellent internship from an administrative perspective because it required hard work on and off the field. A true management experience.

The first was for the Ted Rasberry youth baseball league and the second one was daily operations at the wellness desk. Major: Sport Management Part of my internship was helping oversee the day to day operations of the Student Recreation Center and the student employees. Some of the tasks included: Sell membership passes and program registrations, operate various computer applications, perform periodic inspections of sports equipment and facilities, assist with the set up and take down of equipment and events, and work special events such as facility rentals and parties.

Sponsorship Sales Internship

The main responsibilities include researching and identifying potential companies for Ferris State's sponsor network and season ticket holders, assisting in creating proposals and contracts, utilizing the Zoomifier presentation platform for client presentations, building and maintaining relationships with sponsors, compiling proof of performance reports, managing the Pipedrive CRM platform for tracking leads, and creating marketing packages with creative ideas. The picture shows Ferris State fulfilling their sponsorship agreement with Buffalo Wild Wings by installing in-lay logos at the ice hockey arena.

From being in the front office working promotions for the season to managing the facility keeping it organized and clean to picking up tires in Indiana. I was all over the place and gained a lot of experience in different areas of the organization.

Major: Sport Management Some of the tasks and projects I completed during my time at GRCHS was maintaining any day to day operations within the Athletic Department. For example, I organized the whole uniform room. I did such a good job they named the room after me, the "LABO-atory". Most of my hours came from managing middle school and high school athletic events by helping out with ticket sales, scoreboard, scorebook, and even announcing. I even became familiar with how to establish conference and league schedules through contracts and inputting schedules into the appropriate websites such as Schedule Star, GoFan, and Arbiter.
